Entièrement en laiton. Bombe sphérique bordée en partie basse d'un bourrelet saillant. Visière et couvre-nuque soudés à la bombe en partie basse, ils sont repliés sur eux-mêmes de manière à former un jonc de bordure. Cimier second modèle avec fixation intérieure, orné d'une grenade enflammée sur le masque, plaque frontale présentant un écu frappé en relief d'une bombe enflammée avec en partie haute une couronne, branches de chêne et de laurier et un ruban portant l'inscription « SAPEURS POMPIERS PLEUMARTIN ». Mentonnière en cuir noir. Coiffe intérieure en cuir verni noir à six dents de loup.
