Casque en cuir verni noir. Visière en cuir verni noir bordée d'un jonc plié à cheval sur la bordure extérieure. Couvre-nuque en cuir verni noir. Cimier à crête décoré de part et d'autre d'une branche de chêne, fixé à la bombe au moyen de neuf rivets chromés. Plaque frontale en laiton doré estampé d'un médaillon ovale représentant deux mains croisées surmontant un bûcher enflammé et en partie haute un triangle maçonnique sur fond rayonnant. Ce blason est posé sur une échelle avec cordage et deux haches croisées. Jugulaires chacune composée d'une rosace en laiton de forme ronde estampée d'une tête de lion, et d'une mentonnière en cuir verni noir recouvert d'écailles en laiton estampées et découpées en forme de feuilles de laurier, elles sont terminées par une écaille avec piton saillant permettant de s'accrocher à l'écaille de l'autre mentonnière percée d'un trou destiné à recevoir ce piton. Sanglon en cuir verni noir. Coiffe intérieure découpée en onze dents de loup.

Assez bon état, un enfoncement sur le cimier, plaque frontale avec une hache cassée et manquante, coiffe intérieure portée avec deux dents de loup déchirées.
