Monture en laiton poinçonnée « 35 » puis du « A » sous étoile avec branches de laurier du directeur de la manufacture de Châtellerault C.E. Arcelin (9 déc. 1841 au 25 sept 1842) et du poinçon « W » surmonté d'une étoile du contrôleur de première classe S. Wideman (juin 1836 au 4 déc 1843). Garde à trois branches. Calotte à courte queue, plateau avec quillon recourbé vers le bas, poignée en bois recouvert de veau filigrané laiton. Lame courbe à pans creux L 89,5, poinçonnée du « B » entouré d'une chaîne de Bick, contrôleur de 1ère classe de mai 1815 à août 1824 et du « D » surmonté d'une étoile dans une couronne de laurier, du directeur J.T. Dubocq (nov 1823 à mars 1830) ; dos signé « Manufre Rale de Klingenthal fev 1824 ». Cravate en buffle brun. Fourreau en fer à deux bracelets de bélière, cuvette d'entrée du fourreau en fer,
