Contre-épaulette et épaulette en passementerie d'argent, à franges souples dites « cordes à puits », corps de l'épaulette garni d'une raie en soie ponceau doublé d'un drap bleu foncé presque noir avec crochet en laiton argenté et bouton d'uniforme petit module demi-grelot en métal argenté estampé de l'aigle impériale couronnée, diamètre 1,5 cm.

Présentées dans une boîte de transport en carton doublé de papier vert.

Assez bon état, quelques oxydations d'usage.

NOTE :
Les sergents-majors de la GN jusqu’en 1870 ont certains des attributs d’un sous-lieutenant, dont une paire d’épaulettes en argent, mais traversée d’une raie ponceau (les épaulettes en or signalent par contre les adjudants).
