CHAMELOT DELVIGNE REVOLVER, model 1874, Third Republic.
Six-shot revolver, 11mm caliber, centerfire percussion. Made of steel with a bronzed finish, showing corrosion traces that have 'eaten' into the metal on the frame, trigger guard, cap, and end of the barrel.
Truncated conical front part of the barrel with a front sight, octagonal central part, engraved on the lower left side "CHAMELOT DELVIGNE". The front part of the ramrod holder detaches from the right intermediate side. Cylinder with six chambers, grooved on the exterior surfaces symmetrically positioned around a cylindrical channel where the cylinder axis is engaged. Iron cap ring with pivot and pin.
Checkered walnut wood grips.
