Canon à cinq pans courts au tonnerre, calibre 17 mm, longueur 70 cm, longueur avec la queue de culasse 75,2 cm, canon poinçonné au « V » et au « E » couronnés et marqué « 1807 » ?, queue de culasse marquée « MLE 1786 ». Monture en noyer à fût court dégageant le canon. Embouchoir en laiton portant un bec retenant la grenadière en fer avec sa tringle fixée au moyen d'une vis. Pontet et contre-platine en laiton poinçonnés de la lettre « M ». Platine à silex an IX signée « Mre Rle de St Etienne ». Baguette manquante. Longueur totale de l'arme : 1,064 m.
État moyen, oxydation du canon, le bois comporte des entures et des modifications avec traces rebouchées de ressorts pour garnitures. France. Révolution-Consulat.
