Tunique à collet écarlate passepoilé bleu de ciel foncé. Elle ferme droit au moyen de 9 boutonnières à l'avant. En drap bleu de ciel foncé entièrement passepoilée écarlate. Boutons gros module (diamètre environ 2 cm), timbrés de l'aigle et de la devise « GARDE IMPERIALE ». Parements coupés droits en drap bleu de ciel foncé passepoilé écarlate, avec pattes de parements verticales écarlates passepoilées bleu de ciel foncé, garnies de 3 petits boutons d'uniforme (diamètre 1,6 cm). Fausses poches arrière verticales garnies de 3 boutons d'uniforme gros modèle. Doublure en drap en fine toile écarlate avec ceinture en cuir ciré vert.

Tunique en partie restaurée, les boutons d'uniforme ne sont pas tous de la même fabrication, les bas des manches avec les parements ont été restaurés, la doublure écarlate en partie basse est postérieure, la ceinture en cuir a été recousue.
