REVOLVER D'ORDONNANCE MODÈLE 1873, TROISIÈME RÉPUBLIQUE.

Revolver à six coups, calibre 11mm, à double action et percussion centrale. En acier à finition polie blanc.
Partie antérieure du canon tronconique portant le guidon, partie centrale à huit pans gravé sur le pan supérieur « Mle 1873 ». Du pan intermédiaire droit se détache la partie antérieure du porte-baguette. Barillet percé de six chambres, placées symétriquement autour d’un canal cylindrique dans lequel est engagé l’axe du barillet. Anneau de calotte en fer avec pivot et goupille. Gravé « Mre d'Armes St Etienne » sur la carcasse, et poinçonné par la Manufacture d'Armes de Saint Etienne sur le barillet et la carcasse. Gravé sur le canon « S1875 ». Les vis sont marquées « F55 » ; le canon, la carcasse, le barillet et la baguette sont matriculés « F63055 ».
Plaquette de bois quadrillée, en noyer.
