Coffret en cuir à flancs de laiton, H 8,5 cm, largeur 16,6 cm, profondeur 3,7 cm. Pattelette en cuir verni noir, H 10,5 cm, largeur 17,7 cm, décorée en son centre d'un motif moulé et repris en ciselure en bronze doré représentant le coq gaulois posé sur une branche de feuilles de chêne mélangées à une branche de laurier avec ancre de marine encâblée en arrière-plan. H du motif 6,2 cm, largeur 7 cm. Banderole en cuir verni noir, largeur 6 cm, à bouclerie de laiton avec en partie avant un médaillon rond en laiton fondu décoré d'une tête de lion tenant dans sa gueule deux chaînettes qui viennent se fixer en partie basse de la banderole dans un écu en laiton fondu représentant en relief un coq gaulois posé sur deux branches de laurier encadrées de l'inscription « ORDRE PUBLIC LIBERTE ».
