Canon rayé de quatre rayures, daté « S 1870 » matriculé « F 26629 », longueur sans la culasse 68,1 cm, longueur du canon avec la culasse et la queue de culasse 89 cm. Calibre 11 mm. Guidon sur embase cubique, la hausse sans gradin est protégée par deux remparts. Culasse en acier trempé gravée « MANUFACTURE IMPÉRIALE St Étienne Mle 1866 », elle est mobile et se compose du cylindre forgé d'une pièce avec le levier de manoeuvre coudé, chien coulissant dans un cylindre relié au porte-aiguille par un manchon en T. Monture en noyer matriculée comme le canon « F 26629 » avec cachet de réception de la manufacture « MI MAI 1870 ». Toutes garnitures en laiton.

Bretelle en cuir ciré brun à bouclerie de laiton.

Baguette en acier.

Longueur totale 1,177 m.

Parfait état de conservation, aucune oxydation aux parties en acier, bois en très bel état dans sa patine d'origine avec quelques marques d'utilisation mais sans aucun accident.
