En drap écarlate boutonnant droit à l'avant au moyen de cinq boutonnières avec petits boutons laiton (deux boutons manquent). Plastron en drap bleu de roi passepoilé blanc attaché de chaque côté au moyen de sept boutons demi-grelots en laiton sans décor. Collet en drap bleu foncé, passants d'épaulettes manquants (un est présent mais postérieur). Parements en drap bleu foncé passepoilé écarlate formant pointe à l'avant. Fausses poches arrière passepoilées bleu foncé formant trois pointes, chacune garnie d'un bouton d'uniforme. Retroussis en drap bleu foncé. Doublure intérieure en drap écru en partie manquante.

Mauvais état. Cette kurtka a subi des réparations et même des modifications pour le théâtre. Il est donc composite.
