Tige et avant pied, semelle et talon en cuir fort, noirci. Tige en deux parties, assemblée sur les côtés au moyen d'une couture. Renfort au talon. Clous caboches au niveau de la semelle.
Cachet de la commission d'acceptation à l'intérieur de chaque tige, daté de mars 1940. Le corps des sapeurs pompiers de Paris étant considéré comme unité militaire depuis 1811.
