CORDON DE TIREUR DE PREMIÈRE CLASSE, modèle 1894.

Destiné à récompenser les meilleurs tireurs, ils sont remis par le commandant d'unité aux sous-officiers et hommes du rang.

Cordon composé d'un gros médaillon, accroché au niveau de la patte d'épaule droite au bout duquel on trouve une tresse en fil de coton aux couleurs nationales noir-blanc-rouge, qui est accrochée au second bouton de la vareuse par une petite boucle. Au bout de cette dernière on trouve des glands en fonction de la classe, ici gland absent. Le cordon de première classe devait comporter un gland.
