Plate in gilded and stamped brass, composed of two oval trays (H 44 mm, width 39 mm) with sandblasted bottom with in the center a chamberlain's key placed horizontally and framed by an oak leaf and a laurel leaf topped with the royal crown. Twisted frame molding.

The inner part of each loop has a welded ring (H 5.5 mm, width 11 mm) through which passes an S-shaped hook representing a two-headed snake (H 16 mm, width 33 mm). The back of the plates is lined in green waxed morocco and has a trigger guard for the belt to pass through.
