Exemplaire produit par la Maison EREL en drap fin feldgrau, plusieurs trous de mite dans le drap, passepoils écarlates, bandeau de coiffe en drap vert foncé bleuâtre. Aigle estampé en zinc et couronne de feuilles de chêne en aluminium estampé, cocarde nationale métallique, centre en drap écarlate, jugulaire tressée en passementerie d'argent. Visière en fibre vulcanisée. Coiffe intérieure en satin jaune d'or, avec son mica. Étiquette nominative au nom d'un commandant «MAJOR BIALONCIG» glissée sous le mica. Sous ce dernier logo du fabricant en lettres argent «EREL - SONDERKLASSE - STANDARD». Bandeau de transpiration en cuir estampé également du nom du chapelier. État moyen.
