HUNGARIAN FIRE OFFICER’S DAGGER, 1920-1945. 4813
All nickel-plated metal fittings, unsigned two-edged blade, on the right side, etched on the first third on a sandblasted background in an oval the coat of arms of the Kingdom of Hungary, on the first fascia of eight pieces, on the second to the Patriarchal Cross pattée, planted at the top of a mount of three cutlets, stamped with the Crown of Saint Stephen and surmounted by an antique helmet of the forces against fire, a torch, and two crossed axes.
Pommel in the shape of an antique helmet of the forces against fire on which flames run. In the center of the cruise, a flaming bomb with two crossed axes overlaid with an enameled shield with the arms of Hungary. On the other side of the cruise, push button for attachment to the sheath.
Blackened fluted wooden handle.
Silver metal sheath, at the level of the yoke, two fixed rings on each side allowing the fixing of the hanger. Decorated with a straight ax and two crossed torches, at the level of the cope.
