En drap garance à soutache et galons d’or, bandeau en drap noir entièrement brodé de deux courses de feuilles de chêne de 17mm et de 30mm de large et bordé dans sa partie supérieure de deux cordonnets de fils d’or un de 3,25 mm et l'autre de 1,5 mm de large et d’une baguette en paillettes et filets cannetilles d’or, dans sa partie basse, au niveau de la visière, tresse d’or. Visière en cuir ciré et verni noir, recousue, doublée de maroquin gaufré noir, et garnie d’un jonc en veau laqué noir plié à cheval sur la bordure extérieure.
Coiffe intérieure en satin noir.
Bandeau intérieur en cuir souple noir, décousu sur l'arrière de coiffe et collé à la base de fixation des fils de couture.
Dans le fond du calot en lettres d'or dans un oval inscription "BANDALIUM Bté SGDG INDÉFORMABLE"
