Bombe en cuir verni, jonc de cerclage de visière et toutes garnitures métalliques en laiton.
Plaque de l'état en laiton du modèle adopté après 1911 pour ce régiment, sans la banderole '1626', représentant une aigle éployée couronnée aux larges ailes, tenant en ses serres les symboles du pouvoir, le sceptre et le glaive, banderole déployée sur l'envergure de l'aigle avec la devise 'MIT GOTT FÜR KOENIG UND VATERLAND', surchargé sur le poitrail de l'étoile de l'Ordre de l'aigle noir avec devise prussienne de l'Ordre, 'SUUM CUIQUE', en maillechort.
Cocarde du type réservé à la troupe aux couleurs nationales et de l'état de Prusse noir-blanc-noir, état proche du neuf.
Jugulaires en cuir brun.

Bombe coiffée d'une pointe amovible, fixée sur une base ronde fixée par quatre rivets demi-sphériques.
Intérieur de coiffe en cuir marron à neuf dents de loup.
Nombreux marquages sur le couvre-nuque : 'B.A.G 1904', du dépôt d'habillement de la Garde daté de 1904 ; 'KAGGR.4', du KOENIGIN AUGUSTA GARDE-GRENADIER REGT n°4 ; '1R.B.' du 1er bataillon de réserve ; 'F.B' de Bataillon de fusilier ; et redaté de 1905.

Coiffe en très bon état de conservation.
