Straight blade with gutters, length 89.8 cm, heel engraved "Manufacture / nationale / d'armes de / Chatellerault / oct. 1907 / Offer d'inf.rie / Mle 1882". Natural buffalo knot. Nickel-plated steel sheet scabbard.
