Octagonal round barrel at the breech, length 22.4 cm, with the breech tail 37.4 cm, silver nielloed with hunting and foliage decoration on a blued background. Walnut stock with a long barrel. Flintlock mechanism converted to percussion, signed "J. G. DACHTINE IN AIX LA CHAPELLE". All brass fittings engraved with rococo decoration. Wooden ramrod.
