Silver-plated brass hilt. Guard branch decorated with an eagle with oak and laurel branches. Hilt molded in the shape of an ancient helmet with a sword and quiver, bordered by a beaded molding. Pommel shaped like an ancient helmet. Triangular blade engraved and gilded with military trophies and floral motifs on a blued background, length 79.5 cm. Black varnished leather scabbard with two silver-plated fittings with scalloped edges, engraved with laurel branch patterns. Cap with a button decorated with a palmette for wearing on the belt. Scabbard tip from the mid-19th century, with a silver-plated brass throat.
