Brass hilt. Guard with three lateral branches in a hunter style. Long-tailed pommel. Handle made of wood covered in black waxed calf leather, with an oval-shaped brass nail on each side. Natural leather knot. Curved blade with hollow facets, 85.9 cm in length, back marked "Manufre Nale de Klingenthal Coulaux Frères Entreprs." Iron scabbard with two semi-round belt rings, and iron studs and rings. Cut-out iron quillon in the shape of a lyre.

Fair condition, oxidized blade, scabbard with normal oxidation, missing the cup guard and its tightening screw.
