Steel guard with four branches, nickel-plated. Long-tailed cap. Horn handle with silver-plated copper filigree. Ferrule. Straight nickel-plated blade, with gutters, length 84.8 cm, signed on the tang "Manufacture / Nationale / d'armes de / Châtellerault / Obre 1915 / Offier d'Infrie / Mle 1882". Steel sheet scabbard with one suspension ring band.
