Rectangular in shape, height 6.6 cm, width 9 cm with curvature, width 8.1 cm without curvature. Cast brass buckle finely chiseled and gilded, representing a naval anchor with a civic crown, placed on a bundle of flags with oak and laurel branches, all framed by a protruding flat molding with a twisted central part. Complete with its hook and two-pronged buckle with white calf lining.
