DISCHARGE CERTIFICATE issued by the military health officers of the military hospital of Luxeuil, Haute-Saône department, to Antoine Bouvet, hunter of the 2nd Company, born in La Latette, canton of Nozeroy, Jura department. He has served with honor, zeal, honesty, courage, and civic-mindedness in the said Regiment from August 6, 1791, to June 19, 1794.
He was wounded in the Army of the Rhine while defending his homeland.
Done in Angers on the 23rd vendémiaire year 7 (October 14, 1798).
