1) The Municipalities established by the French will cease their functions, and will be replaced by those established before December 8, 1798.
2) The National Guard will surrender their arms to their Administrators [...]
3) The Royal militia, which is to ensure the safety of the country, and must consolidate the reborn happiness, will be formed; [...]
4) The Officers will be those appointed by H.M. the King of Sardinia; they will immediately resume their functions [...]
5) The individuals to whom the command of these Companies will be entrusted must be of recognized probity [...]

BIOGRAPHY:
Prince Pyotr Ivanovich Bagration (in Russian: Пётр Иванович Багратион) or Piotr Ivanis dzé Bagrationi (in Georgian: პეტრე ივანეს ძე ბაგრატიონი), more commonly known as Peter Bagration, born in 1765 in Kizlyar, and died on September 24, 1812 near Mozhaisk, was one of the most distinguished generals of the Russian Empire.
Having entered Russian military service in 1782, he was initially stationed in the Caucasus[1]. During the Seventh Russo-Turkish War (1787-1792), he was present at the siege of Ochakov[1]. He then served under General Suvorov and Prince Grigory Potemkin, as well as during the campaign in Italy. He was nicknamed "the God of War" by his comrades[3]. In 1794, he helped suppress the Polish uprising following the partition of Poland between Russia and Prussia. During the latter, he distinguished himself by capturing Brescia on April 10, 1799. At the Battle of Trebbia, he commanded the vanguard of the combined Austro-Russian forces. Following some setbacks, he was disgraced along with Suvorov by Paul I. [...]
