Breastplate made of steel bordered by 34 brass round-headed nails, with two protruding nails in the center for attaching the shoulder pads. It is lined with a quilted shirt in ecru canvas with sky blue bands bordered by a scarlet collar; a large pocket is placed in the center. Breastplate stamped with "ZUDERELL".
Backplate made of steel bordered by 30 brass round-headed nails. At the top, on each shoulder, a brass scalloped-edge tab is attached with three nails; attached to this tab are the shoulder pads consisting of a leather strip lined with scarlet velvet and covered with a row of 14 scalloped brass scales, ending with an openwork brass lock with two openings at its lower end and a leather tab lined with red morocco leather bordered by a silver passementerie rod. At the lower part, a leather belt sheathed in red morocco leather and bordered by silver passementerie rods. The backplate is also lined with padding similar to the breastplate.

Very good condition, interior fittings in good condition with moth holes, wear, and some fabric replacements, repair and reinforcement on the belt, left shoulder pad partially restored.
