CAVALRY OFFICER'S COAT HANGER, First half of the 19th century. 33728
Coat hanger in brown waxed natural leather, with leather straps and steel buckles, lined with beige canvas with blue stripes. Spherical shape, with a diameter of approximately 13 cm, and a length of approximately 43 cm. On each side, two leather straps in the shape of a cross are sewn as decorative elements. Closure with a double flap, the inner flap with eight leather loops open in the center for the passage of metal hooks and a chain to secure the closure; an outer flap closes with three leather straps. Below the coat hanger, three leather loops are attached for the passage of straps to secure it to the saddle.

Good condition, leather shows signs of wear, missing the chain.
