Embroidered in twisted frisure and gold sequins. Body embroidered with a design depicting a V-shaped baton gimp bordered by a scalloped frame on almost black dark blue cloth; badge decorated with a shield adorned with three silver stars. Double row of fringes in large matte and shiny twists. Border of the shield composed of four turns: a large one in matte cord and shiny spun twist alternately on a cotton core; a second and third, inner, in twisted matte small milanese; a fourth, of the same work, applied below the large one, at the beginning of the fringe. Uniform button 1814 Ø 1.2 cm (half-domed, burnished and matte gold, embossed with the arms of general officers, helmet plumed surmounting a shield stamped with a fleur-de-lis on a background of fasces and flags), fixed at the top of the epaulette body by a strong silver metal clasp. Epaulettes lined with almost black dark blue cloth with reinforcing roll at the shoulder ends and a lining at the fringe level in jonquil calf leather.
Manufacturer's oval-shaped label in black printed white paper, marked "To the ARMS of the Marshals of France. / CAILLOÜÉ / Supplier to the Armies, / Trimmings, Embroiderer, Accouterer, / and Hatter. / Manufacture of Crosses and Order Ribbons / Palais Royal, No.46. / Paris.".
Length of the body without the shield 9 cm, with the shield 15 cm. Total length with the turns 16.2 cm. Width at shoulder level 6.3 cm. Width of the shield without the turns 10 cm. Total width with the turns 12.3 cm. H 7 cm.

Perfect condition, missing one label on one of the epaulettes.
NOTE:
The title of lieutenant general is used again instead of "brigadier general," and field marshal instead of "brigadier general" during the Restoration and July Monarchy and disappears definitively in 1848.
