Brass hilt. Guard with a branch molded in the shape of a sparkling thunderbolt of Jupiter and flowers. Bivalve hilt molded in relief with a crowned imperial eagle resting on a bundle of flags. Folding counter-hilt. Pyramidal pommel decorated with an imperial eagle. Ferrule with push-button. Filigree silver horn handle. 76 cm long blade with a central ridge. Black varnished leather scabbard with two brass fittings, chape with oval button decorated with a trophy of weapons for wearing on the belt, scabbard tip with brass drag.
