BICORNE HAT OF AN OFFICER GENERAL'S DRESS UNIFORM, Hundred Days Period. 33674
Made of black felt, height at the front 16.5 cm, height at the back 24 cm, width 45 cm, depth approximately 17 cm.
Adorned at the top of the horns with black plumes. At the front, a 1814 model three-colored cockade in scarlet and blue silk with silver trim (red on the outside, white and blue on the inside) Ø 8.5 cm is sewn. The edging is made up of three gold cords folded in two around a large module general period button from the Hundred Days Ø 2.6 cm: gilded brass mounted on brass, bearing a shield without initials or emblems, placed on a bundle of fasces and flags.
Interior hat composed of a black waxed leather headband topped with an ivory silk headpiece.

In fair condition, with accidents and cracks in the felt with some missing parts at the ends of the horns. This bicorne has been resized in height and then fitted with a cockade, edging, and button from the Hundred Days Period.
