INFANTRY GRENADE BAG CARRIER HARNESS, Early 19th century. 33641
Whitened buffalo leather harness, 11.2 cm wide, cut diagonally at the bottom; the two parts are connected by a brass ring, Ø 5 cm, with the ring passing through two tabs attached to the bottom of the harness. Brass suspension hook for the drum, 4.5 cm high, attached to the ring.
Unfolded harness length 103 cm.
Attached to the front are a cast brass flaming bomb, 8.5 cm high, and a rectangular brass powder bag holder with cut corners, 9 cm x 8.3 cm in size.
Pair of wooden powder bags with brass fittings. Length of the powder bags 37.5 cm.
