Brass hilt. Three-branch guard, main branch marked "1590" with manufacturer's stamps. Short-tailed cap. Handle in wood sheathed in black waxed calfskin, brass wire. Natural leather strap. Curved blade with hollow facets, length 92 cm, engraved on the back "Master of arms of Châtt Nbre (November) 1875 Cavrie Lre mle 1822." Steel scabbard with a suspension ring and a bracelet bearing the same number "1590" as the hilt. Lyre cut on the point.
