Made entirely of steel. 6-inch (15.24 cm) octagonal barrel, engraved on one side "ALLEN & WHEELOCK. WORCESTER. MASS. U.S / ALLEN'S PT'S JAN. 13. DESC. 15. 1957. SEPT. 7. 1858." Six-shot cylinder. Smooth walnut grips. Central percussion hammer. All parts bear the same serial number "526."

NOTE:
The first model had a hammer offset to the side, the model we are presenting is of the second type with the central hammer.
Only five to six hundred of these models were manufactured.
