Round rifled barrel, slightly swamped at the muzzle, with folding sight, length 119 cm, with the breech tang 148 mm, caliber 21.8 mm.
Breech tang marked "Model 1831". Steel breech box dated 1834, pivoting upwards for loading, with double operating hook. Rear locking pad, with folding lever on the left side. Swiveling pan. Rear percussion lock engraved "Royal Manufactory of Charleville". Walnut stock. All fittings in steel. Dog "with the poncharra".
Total length of the rifle 171 cm.

Good to very good condition, normal oxidation on metal parts, small wood loss near the breech tang.
