PAIR OF OFFICER PERCUSSION PISTOLS SIGNED "PERIN LE PAGE À PARIS," July Monarchy. 33603
Striped octagonal barrels, length 27 cm, length with the breech tang 32 cm, caliber 11.5 mm, acid-engraved with a scrolling foliage and geometric decoration on all sides, on the top flat they are signed "Perin Le Page Breveté à Paris." The barrels are respectively numbered 1 and 2. Fixed front sight. Back action lockplate decorated similarly to the barrel and marked with a ribbon "Perin Le-Page." Percussion hammer engraved with foliage. Walnut stock with a short fore-end. Finely checkered grip. Steel fittings engraved like the barrel. Trigger guard with a finger rest engraved with a bird. Scalloped oval cap.
