Rectangular shaped plate with cut edges, made of silver-plated brass, 7.2 cm in height, 9.5 cm in width including its curvature, 7.8 cm without it. At the center, a large silver-plated copper fleur-de-lys is riveted (5.6 cm in height, 3.5 cm in width). The back includes its complete hook, belt loop, and two prongs.
