Rectangular brass plaque with cut corners, height 7 cm, width 7.8 cm without curvature, 9 cm with curvature, featuring a horizontally striped shield in the center with the three fleur-de-lis topped by the royal crown (height 6 cm, width 3.5 cm). This emblem is riveted to the plate. The back of the plate is complete with a hook, a loop, and its prongs.
