1 - General Bonaparte being appointed Commander-in-Chief of the Army of Italy, what happens to Scherer, does he remain a Division General in the same army?
Answer: he is resting.
2 - General Beurnouville being appointed to command the Army of the North, what will become of General Moreau?
Answer: To the Army of the Rhine.
3 - The Minister having announced that General Berthier was appointed chief of staff of the Army of Italy, should letters of appointment be sent to him for this army?
Answer: there is a decree.
The order of work requires that the Bureau be informed of the movements and changes of the staff officers ordered directly by the Minister".
