THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PEOPLE near the Armies in the United Provinces,
upon the report of the naval agent in the United Provinces, and considering the supporting property deed, order that the English Ship La Pallas, Captain James Embleton, currently at Nieuwendiep (Nieuwe Diep Amsterdam), be confiscated, as well as its cargo to the benefit of the French Republic, as enemy property.
The chief naval agent is responsible for the execution of this order.
