Short five-sided thunder barrel, length 1 m 03, caliber 17.5 mm, dated "1811" and marked "GS" "D" in an octagon, "EF" and "L" in an oval. Marking on the breech block "Mle an 9". Length of the barrel with the breech block 1 m 085. Wooden stock, cheeked stock. Brass mouthpiece with steel spring attachment, steel swivel attached by a spring placed between the two bands and resting on the lower band. Brass capucine similarly attached. Brass trigger guard and counter-plate. Flintlock plate model an IX signed "Mre Imple de Versailles". Steel buttplate. Steel ramrod.

Socket bayonet, length of the blade 44.5 cm, total length 53 cm.
