Brass hilt. Guard with a faceted branch and line decoration. Pommel with a short tang. Finely checkered ebony handle. Crossguard decorated with a silver metal flaming bomb. Curved blade with hollow edges, 67.1 cm long, engraved on the first third with gilded military and floral trophies on a blued background. Leather knot. Black varnished leather scabbard with two brass fittings decorated with scalloped lines, brass dard at the end of the scabbard cut in the shape of a lyre.

Good condition, leather knot replaced at a later date, end of the scabbard period but not from the model, leather varnish of the scabbard refreshed, accident and repair at the bottom of the leather.
