Brass hilt. Single-branch guard. Cross-piece with oval ear-pieces. Short-tailed pommel with fluted "melon ribs" type. Finely checkered ebony grip. Solingen blade, curved with hollow facets, 73.2 cm long, engraved and gilded on its first third with military trophies, floral motifs, civic crown, and radiant sun. Scarlet cloth tassel. Black varnished leather scabbard with two brass fittings decorated with lines, oval button chape for carrying on the belt.
