Gilt bronze hilt. Cross-guard decorated with a flower on each side. Pommel shaped like a revolutionary cap. Wooden handle entirely filigreed with copper. Richly decorated bivalve tray with a laurel branch and branch with exterior molding decorated with foliage. Blade with central grooves, 80.4 cm long, engraved and gilt on its first third with military trophies and floral motifs, and blued. Black varnished leather scabbard with two gilt brass fittings, decorated with lines, lyre-shaped tip.

Good condition, the blade has retained much of its colors, leather scabbard with two repairs.
