OFFICER'S LINE INFANTRY SHAKO PLATE, model 1816, Restoration period. 32795
Brass plate embossed in high relief with the Arms of France on an oval shield surrounded by palm leaves topped with the royal crown. In the lower part, a shield framed by a fluted molding and bordered at the bottom by two branches of lilies, with traces of holes for attaching the regiment number; on each side of the shield, there is an ancient-style helmet. H 14.8 cm, width 12.2 cm.

Perfect condition, very beautiful gilding, regiment number missing.
