"I have the honor to report to Your Excellency that Marshal Prince of Eckmühl, commander-in-chief of the Army of Germany, ordered me to send on the chapter four officers from the regiment I command to go to Amsterdam to be employed in their quality in the former Dutch Regiments now French. These officers are:
Messrs. DULONG captain, member of the Legion of Honor
BOUGARELLE, lieutenant
GALLARD, lieutenant, member of the Legion of Honor
WICHOUX, second lieutenant.
These four officers left on the twentieth of this month [...]
