CANTEEN KEEPER'S JACKET OF THE 45th LINE INFANTRY REGIMENT, Second Empire. 32764
Made of black cloth, fitted at the waist, fastening on the right front with 12 buttonholes, without a collar. The front part is adorned with three rows of half-spherical gilt brass buttons stamped with the number "45", with 12 buttons in the center and 15 buttons on each side. The jacket is entirely edged with jonquil piping, as well as the cuffs, adorned with black piped jonquil shoulder straps, lined with ecru canvas, tails with scarlet lining.

In fair condition, on the front part, each side has been later supplemented with black cloth.
