INFANTRY GIBERNE OF THE NATIONAL GUARD, model year X, First Empire. 32600
Leather cartridge box, height 13.3 cm, width 22.5 cm, thickness 7.5 cm. It is lined inside with two wooden parts with two hollowed-out side compartments and a central part with two rows of three holes for cartridges. Leather pouch sewn on the front. The back part is completed with a 4.5 cm high leather strip serving as a loop for the shoulder strap. The lower part is equipped with two rectangular metal buckles with buckles. Whitened buffalo leather strap sewn at the back, width 2.4 cm, length 15 cm, intended to attach to the uniform.
Small black varnished leather strap, width 2.62 cm, height 17 cm, embellished in the center with a silver-plated brass flaming bomb. The small strap is hot stamped with "MONTPer" (Montpellier National Guard).
Shoulder strap made of 6.5 cm wide whitened buffalo leather, finished at the bottom with two stitched whitened buffalo leather straps, width 2.4 cm. These two straps attach to the cartridge box with the metal buckles.

Good condition, the lower part of the cartridge box has had its original buckles changed in the past, hence the additional old sewing traces; the small strap has been re-pierced.
