Percussion pistol, with a short five-sided barrel (difficult to read markings). Barrel length 19.9 cm. Backstrap engraved with "1822..." , total length with backstrap 23.8 cm. Walnut stock with slightly slanting grip, stamped with "118" and "St ETIENNE", brass fittings, steel ring on the cap, iron trigger guard. Percussion lock plate marked with "B" under a crown and signed "Manuf Imple de St Etienne". With ramrod of the model.
Total length 35.5 cm.
Caliber 17 mm.

In good condition, lock plate, hammer, and barrel oxidized.
