Mannheim, April 10, 1795.
Count de Vartensleben, infantry general of His Majesty the Emperor's Armies, writes to French General Michaud regarding the exchange of prisoners of war. Lieutenant Frohberg "is already on his way so that the exchange, reciprocally agreed upon with Lieutenant Mallarmé, can take place...". The Austrian commission for the exchange of prisoners of war has received powers to "arrange with the French commission on the settlement of advances made to each other."
This letter was accompanied by an excerpt (missing) from said Commission.
